Euro-Link Holding International Ltd. Was established in the year 2000.

Starting from 2000 till 2008 the priority activity of the company was international oil products trade: oil products trade from Russia to CIS countries, Europe, China. Within this period Euro-Link Holding had partnership relations with such industry leaders as Vitol S.A., Litasco, Lukoil, Tatneft, Shell, Marijsky NPZ (refinery), Rosneft, Glencore, Progetra S.A.

Since establishment the company approves itself in the market as dynamic, fast-growing company as well as quick-found its market outlet. Primarily there were export sales of vacuum gas oil, black oil fuel, sulphur, naphtha, secondary process gasoline.

Starting from the year 2008 the objects of company have changed, realization of refinery construction project was chosen as most important direction of activities. Two-year activity resulted in purchase of factory in Tomsk region jointly with Stroguluda Investments Limited company. Presently Tomsky Refinery produces 400.000 tons of oil products per year; estimated increase in February 2012 – up to 600.000 tons. In May-June 2012, the one million tons of oil refining per year is going to be put into operation, in the year 2013 – 4 millions tons. The oil products range is going to be extended due to present installation of secondary processes plants. The plant is connected with main oil line «Alexandrovskoye – Anzhero-Sudzhensk», which is proprietary of JSC «Transneft».
